A funeral for Dawson Lacroix, the two-year-old boy who was found in a ditch near his family home in Waterloo, QC, was held in his hometown on Saturday.

The boy went missing while playing outside with one of his parents.

The family called police and a several-hour search ensued.

The service was held at the Saint Paul United Church and was led by two ministers, including the one who baptized the boy.
