Frederick Roy, son of renowned NHL star Patrick Roy, didn’t do much by way of holding back his rage during his first Spengler Cup game  in Davos, Switzerland.

Roy comes to the tournament as a member of the American Hockey League’s Rochester Americans.

The 22-year-old was taken out of the game after starting a fight with a member of the opposing team.

What happened next was a lot of yelling, shouting of threats, and thowing of hockey sticks.

Roy’s team went on to lose the game 5-0.

Since the incident, he has apologized for his actions via twitter, tweeting that he’d learned his lesson and that such behavior won’t happen again.

This isn't the first time Roy's emotions have got the best of him, though. In 22 games in the AHL this season, Roy has received 83 penalty minutes.
