A fire started in a shed in Pointe Claire overnight and spread to a house undergoing renovation.
About 30 firefighters were needed to put out the one-alarm fire on Queen Ave. near Belmont.
The house was in the process of being renovated and nobody was sleeping in it overnight.
The fire caused about $75,000 worth of damage.
Montreal firefighters said Wednesday morning that the arson squad will continue the investigation.
