A 77-year-old woman has died after being hit by a truck.
The collision happened shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Chambord St. and Rosemont Blvd.
The woman was crossing Chambord when the dump truck tried to turn the corner, but hit her instead.
She was pinned underneath the truck for several minutes, then rushed to hospital where her death was pronounced less than an hour later.
