The interim Executive Director of the Constance-Lethbridge rehabilitation centre will tender her resignation Friday -- for the second time.

Micheline Jodoin officially retired on July 5, 2013, but although she collected a severance package and a pension, she never left the job.

Instead, based on the recommendation of a consulting firm operated by Jodoin and her husband, the Constance-Lethbridge centre re-hired Jodoin on a contract basis.

The case of double-dipping came to light this week, with CTV reporting that it is perfectly legal.

Following multiple media reports the board of the Constance-Lethbridge Centre met to discuss the case, and Francoise Rollin, the president of the board, issued a statement indicating Jodoin would retire this week, and will be replaced by Maria Centoni.
