An international arrest warrant has been issued for St. Clair Martin Armitage, 59, in connection with his role as a consultant to the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) under then project chief Arthur Porter.

The UPAC anti-corruption squad and Interpol announced Thursday that they are searching for the British citizen on charges of conspiracy to commit fraud, fraud over $5,000 and as an accessory to commit offence, breach of trust by public officer.

UPAC noted in a press release that the operation has already led to arrests of suspects Pierre Duhaime, Yanaï et Yohann Elbaz, Jeremy Morris and Pamela Porter.

Arthur Porter and Riahd Ben Aïssa have also been issued arrest warrants and extradition processes are underway to bring both to trial.

The press release noted that the suspect stands 5'11" (1.8 m) but gave no other information concerning his possible wherabouts.
