A Longueuil apartment building that is home to 30 people was badly damaged in a fire early Monday morning.
No injuries were reported in the blaze, which broke out on Victoria Ave. in Greenfield Park at 2:35 a.m. Over 70 firefighters were called to the scene.
The fire was declared under control just before 6:00 a.m. The cause has yet to be determined.
Victims will receive help from the Canadian Red Cross.
