That’s a wrap for ABC/CTV series Quantico and this city – after filming its first season in Montreal, the show is leaving for New York.

A news release from New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s office states the move will create at least 300 full-time jobs in the state and bring in an estimated $68 million.

The show’s executive producer Joshua Safran recently told the New York Times season two will focus more on New York City, hence the move. The first season centered on a group of FBI recruits training in Quantico, Virginia, with Montreal standing in.

Quantico, an hour-long drama, premiered in September. It airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on CTV.
