The 15th suspect in the child pornography ring has surrendered to police and will be formally arraigned.
Jessy Giroux, 32, is originally from Montreal but has been living in Toronto while completing a graduate degree in philosophy at the University of Toronto.
Fourteen other men have been charged with a litany of charges connected to producing and distributing child pornography.
Five of the accused were granted bail last week, while seven others were due in court Wednesday in their attempt to be liberated while awaiting trial.
Operation Malaise targeted a ring of men participating in an online forum, aged 27 to 74 years old.
Police say some of the acts first took place in 2003, and their investigation began several years ago.
